Chapter Six

​Following dinner, Miguel suggests we move the party onto the outdoor terrace so the men can enjoy a fine cigar and the women can indulge in an after-dinner drink. As the guys pluck a Cuban from the box of cigars, Hattie is right there along with them rolling Miguel’s favorite vice between her fingers as she waits for my love to cut it at the head.

​Outside, the city twinkles in the darkness as round, glowing balls cast a sexy warmth around the space. The scent of freshly lit tobacco tickles my nose as a server hands me a cloudy, white cocktail garnished with a twist of lemon, a ribbon of cucumber, and what appears to be cheese-stuffed olives.

​“Dill infused vodka muddled with cucumber and served with goat cheese olives,” he says, handing me the chilled glass and encouraging me to take a sip.

​Hesitant to believe dill should be included in an alcoholic beverage, I reluctantly raise the cocktail to my lips and moan as the mingling ingredients deliver a crisp, refreshing taste. “Darren has outdone himself,” I gush, hoping the hottie dressed in a tight white T-shirt and pants will deliver my compliment back to the chef.

​As the men, and Hattie, show off their blowing rings of smoke skills, the girls settle on the four-poster bed tucked next to the infinity pool. Adorned with luxurious white sheets, it’s large enough to fit the five of us seated side by side as we relax on the edge of the mattress. Sipping our drinks, we shamelessly gossip about the men as their mouths contort into the shape of an O and circles of smoke float into the air.

​“I wouldn’t mind having your husband’s lips circled around my sweet spot,” Brinn purrs, nudging Kendall with her elbow. “He proved to be more than a competent lover with his fingers during our naughty little game at dinner. I can only imagine the talent surrounding his mouth.”

​Nodding in agreement, Danika stares longingly at Alec’s lips wrapped tightly around his cigar as she sips on her cocktail. “I want in on the action too.”

​Leaning across Brinn, Kendall replies to Danika’s comment as I steal a peek at the cleavage behind the lace of her dress. “I’m more than happy to share my husband with you girls, as long as Mack’s face is buried in my pussy. Or Miguel’s, for that matter.”

​My attention diverts toward Mack who is chuckling over something Hattie said. A tall drink of water, his easy smile and honest eyes have me wondering about Ménage Place’s fuck boy turned relationship material now that he’s involved with Danika. My perception of Mack has always been the single guy willing to provide a third, kinky element to couples who came to the mansion looking to spice up their sex lives. I never thought of him as a romantic prospect. Yet here he is, deeply involved with Danika, forcing me to see him as something more than a piece of meat. And in this new light, I’m intrigued.
